Your Bose Soundbar system will have the ability to control all of your devices from one remote, the Bose Soundbar Universal Remote. This functionality is not active yet, but will be activated during a future Soundbar firmware and Bose Music app update. We anticipate this update being available early to mid-October.
Product firmware updates happen automatically in the background, and they typically install overnight.
Please note, the remote will still control the soundbar itself, so you can adjust volume, switch sources, and stream music via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
