Cannot seek or scan to radio stations

If the seek or scan buttons for your system are not working as expected, try the following:

Be sure the proper button or buttons are pressed.

Be careful to press the correct button or combination of buttons to activate a desired command. If the wrong button is pressed, or if multiple buttons are incorrectly pressed, the system will not respond properly. For instructions on seeking or scanning radio stations, see Tuning to a radio station.

Reset your control console.

A reset is used to correct occasional product issues. It is not something that a product should require repeatedly. For more information, see Resetting your product.

The Control Console may need service.

If the steps provided do not resolve your issue, the Control Console may need service. Follow the link below for more information on how to service the Control Console. Depending on your product and region, you will be provided a contact number or the ability to setup service online.
