Serial number location
Serial numbers contain important information about your product, including model number and DOM (Date of Manufacture). The serial number can be found on your product, product packaging or app (if applicable).

The DOM (Date of Manufacture) is found on the back of the earpiece. It is a four-digit code above the USB port and next to the QR code.
A full serial number is located on the product registration card that came in the original product packaging. It can also be found on the bottom flap of the original box.
