If the USB charging cable will not connect to your speaker, try the following:
Cannot connect USB charging cable
Applies to:
- Make sure the connector on the cable is correctly aligned with the connector on the speaker
- Make sure there is no debris in the speaker's charging port
- Try another USB (type A to Micro B ) charging cable
